Role Overview:

Technical Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements related to data platforms, reporting solutions, and data pipelines.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, data engineers, and product teams to translate business needs into actionable technical specifications.
• Perform data analysis, validation, and mapping across multiple systems to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Support the design and enhancement of data models, dashboards, and reporting tools.
• Work within Agile/Scrum methodologies to prioritize backlog, create user stories, and define acceptance criteria.
• Partner with QA teams to validate data transformations and reporting outputs.
• Contribute to data governance, data quality, and metadata management initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a

  Technical Business Analyst

  , preferably in a data-centric or analytics-focused environment.
• Strong experience with

  data analysis

  , including SQL querying, data profiling, and validation.
• Exposure to

  reporting and BI tools

  such as Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, or similar.
• Understanding of

  data warehousing concepts, ETL processes,

  and

  data management frameworks.

• Proven experience working in

  Agile delivery environments

  with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management skills.

Good to Have:

• Exposure to

  cloud data platforms

  (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Familiarity with

  data governance

  or

  master data management (MDM)

  tools.
• Experience with

  JIRA, Confluence,

  and other collaboration tools.
