Job Title: Technical Business Analyst

Location: Bhopal

Experience Required: 4+ years

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Technical Business Analyst to join our technology team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in client engagement, stakeholder management, and CRM systems, along with a solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). This role requires someone who can effectively bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring successful project delivery and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and technical documentation.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure alignment between business goals and technical execution.
• Utilize CRM tools to track client interactions, manage relationships, and identify opportunities for value addition.
• Support project planning, execution, and delivery within defined timelines and quality standards.
• Conduct regular reviews and feedback sessions with clients and internal teams.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in business analysis and technology.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the IT industry.
• Experience as a developer.​
• Proven experience in client handling, stakeholder management, and CRM systems.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and software development processes.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and other project management or documentation platforms is a plus.
