Job Description

Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams during product implementation
Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into detailed technical specifications
Conduct gap analysis between client needs and product capabilities
Participate in solution design, data mapping, and configuration activities
Support product configuration, setup, and validation in client environments
Collaborate with developers and testers to ensure requirements are implemented accurately
Prepare use cases, user stories, process flows, and other supporting artifacts
Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT), including test planning, coordination, and issue triage
Provide subject matter expertise on product functionality and capabilities
Facilitate workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and product demos with clients
Support the project manager in tracking progress, managing risks, and reporting status
Provide post-implementation support during stabilization/hypercare phase
