Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document detailed business and technical requirements from stakeholders.
• Create and manage Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS).
• Develop user stories, use cases, wireframes, mockups, and technical specifications using tools like Figma, Balsamiq, or similar design platforms.
• Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable functional and technical solutions.
• Collaborate closely with developers, QA engineers, and product teams to ensure thorough understanding of requirements and successful implementation.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as backlog grooming, sprint planning, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Maintain process documentation including process workflows, data flow diagrams, and API documentation.
• Conduct impact analysis and feasibility studies for new initiatives or system changes.
• Work with stakeholders to prioritize requirements, manage scope changes, and align deliverables with business goals.
• Actively participate in system design discussions and contribute to solution improvements.
• Ensure timely delivery and high quality across all project phases.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience as a Technical Business Analyst.
• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or equivalents.
• Familiarity with system integration concepts, APIs, and data flows.
• Experience in creating wireframes, mockups, and diagrams to convey complex ideas clearly.
• Working knowledge of design and prototyping tools like Figma, Balsamiq, or similar.
• Ability to draft and manage BRDs and FRSs efficiently.
• Understanding of basic database concepts; ability to write simple SQL queries is a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of interacting with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
