Job Title : Product Manager (with Development Background) Location : Bhopal Working Hours : EST, Flexible, with work-from-home options after 7:00 PM. Friday & Saturday WFH. Job Description: We are looking for a skilled Senior Associate who has a strong background in software development and a natural inclination toward product management and solution design. This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and customer-focused thinking to drive product development and deliver high-quality solutions. As a Product Manager, you will work closely with both internal teams and customers to understand their needs, define product features, and drive them through the development lifecycle. You will leverage your prior experience as a developer to make informed decisions, prioritize effectively, and ensure smooth communication between technical and non-technical teams. Key Responsibilities: Lead the development and execution of product roadmaps from concept through launch. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and business stakeholders, to deliver impactful product features. Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product strategy and improvements. Ensure that the product aligns with company goals, customer needs, and industry best practices. Write clear, concise product documentation and requirements that help teams execute effectively. Own the product lifecycle, from gathering requirements to ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery. Assist in troubleshooting and solving complex technical and product issues as they arise. Required Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of experience as a software developer Strong background in product management with a focus on delivering technical solutions. Proven ability to translate customer needs into actionable product features. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically. High ethical standards, with a commitment to delivering quality products that meet customer expectations. Experience working remotely, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Additional Requirements: Local candidates only (must be within a reasonable commute to EST timezone). Availability to work from home after 7:00 PM EST, Monday through Saturday (no late evenings from the office). Strong command of the English language.
