Job Description

Role Overview:

ServiceNow Architect

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions aligned with business requirements and best practices.
Drive end-to-end implementation of
ITSM
and at least one additional module (ITOM, CSM, ITAM, ITBM, HRSD).
Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
Ensure platform governance, performance optimization, and adherence to security standards.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
Stay updated on ServiceNow releases and recommend enhancements.

Required Skills & Expertise:

Strong experience in
ServiceNow architecture and development
.
Expertise in
ITSM
and at least one of the following:
- ITOM (Discovery, Event Management, Orchestration)
- CSM (Customer Service Management)
- ITAM (Asset Management)
- ITBM (Business Management)
- HRSD (Human Resources Service Delivery)
Hands-on experience with
ServiceNow integrations
and API frameworks.
Solid understanding of
workflow design, scripting (JavaScript, Glide), and UI policies
.

Certifications (Mandatory):

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA)

Preferred Qualifications:

Additional certifications in specialized modules (ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, etc.).
Experience in large-scale ServiceNow deployments in enterprise environments.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
