Job Description

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experiencedServiceNow Architect to design, implement, and optimize ServiceNow solutions across ITSM and additional modules such asITOM, CSM, ITAM, ITBM, HRSD. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise, strong architectural skills, and proven experience in delivering enterprise-grade ServiceNow implementations. Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions aligned with business requirements and best practices.
  • Drive end-to-end implementation ofITSM and at least one additional module (ITOM, CSM, ITAM, ITBM, HRSD).
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
  • Ensure platform governance, performance optimization, and adherence to security standards.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
  • Stay updated on ServiceNow releases and recommend enhancements.
Required Skills Expertise:
  • Strong experience inServiceNow architecture and development.
  • Expertise inITSM and at least one of the following:
  • ITOM (Discovery, Event Management, Orchestration)
  • CSM (Customer Service Management)
  • ITAM (Asset Management)
  • ITBM (Business Management)
  • HRSD (Human Resources Service Delivery)
  • Hands-on experience withServiceNow integrations and API frameworks.
  • Solid understanding ofworkflow design, scripting (JavaScript, Glide), and UI policies.
Certifications (Mandatory):
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  • ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Additional certifications in specialized modules (ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, etc.).
  • Experience in large-scale ServiceNow deployments in enterprise environments.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
