Job Description

We are seeking a Technical Architect with strong experience in designing, building, and leading enterprise-grade solutions across the Microsoft ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure cloud services, and modern AI-powered applications. This role demands both strategic solutioning and hands-on leadership, guiding cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and secure solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Architect and lead the development of enterprise applications leveraging Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Power Platform, Teams), .NET and Azure services
Design end-to-end solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals, security standards, and scalability
Build and implement AI/ML-enabled features, such as chatbots, intelligent search, or document processing, using Azure OpenAI, Open Source Models, Cognitive Services, and Semantic Search
Guide and mentor development teams, providing architectural oversight and code reviews
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define solution roadmaps and delivery plans
Own and manage technical documentation, DevOps pipelines, and deployment strategies
Stay updated with Microsoft technology stack, release cycles, and recommend adoption strategies

Required Skills & Experience:

8–10 years of IT experience with at least 4+ years in architecture/design roles
Proven experience with Microsoft 365 (SharePoint Online, Power Platform, Teams Apps)
Strong hands-on skills with Azure (App Services, Functions, Logic Apps, Key Vault, etc.)
Experience building solutions using Azure OpenAI, Custom Models, AI Builder, Azure Cognitive Services, or similar
Proficiency in modern front-end technologies like React (especially for SPFx and Teams Apps)
Strong knowledge of PnP Framework, REST APIs, Graph API, and PowerShell scripting
Understanding of governance, compliance, security, and performance aspects of cloud solutions
Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills

Good to Have:

Microsoft certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect, M365 Developer Associate, Power Platform Solution Architect)
Experience in data-driven applications, RAG architecture, or enterprise AI implementations
Exposure to Agile delivery models, DevOps, and CI/CD in Azure
