Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Understand and explain technical aspects of mechanical engineering products
Manage a portfolio of existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
Work on sales engineering and prepare offers/quotations
Provide technical support to clients, troubleshooting issues and resolving problems in a timely manner.
Collaborate with sales engineers to develop solutions for new business opportunities.
Identify potential clients through lead generation activities such as cold calling, email campaigns, or social media outreach.

Desired Candidate Profile

Strong basics in Mechanical Engineering
0-2 years of experience in technical sales or account management in the industrial equipment/machinery industry.
Diploma in Mechanical.
Strong understanding of engineering services, sales engineering, sales strategy, revenue generation, and client handling skills.
Sociable, outgoing personality to build rapport with clients
