Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Understand and explain technical aspects of mechanical engineering products
  • Manage a portfolio of existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
  • Work on sales engineering and prepare offers/quotations
  • Provide technical support to clients, troubleshooting issues and resolving problems in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with sales engineers to develop solutions for new business opportunities.
  • Identify potential clients through lead generation activities such as cold calling, email campaigns, or social media outreach.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Strong basics in Mechanical Engineering
  • 0-2 years of experience in technical sales or account management in the industrial equipment/machinery industry.
  • Diploma in Mechanical.
  • Strong understanding of engineering services, sales engineering, sales strategy, revenue generation, and client handling skills.
  • Sociable, outgoing personality to build rapport with clients
