Job Description

As a Technical Account Manager at GlobalLogic, your main duties include: - Providing consultative services to named customer(s). - Designing, documenting, building, testing, and supporting all or parts of mobile and/or desktop solutions using the DevonWay platform. You can build applications without specific programming knowledge, although custom interfaces may require programming skills. - Occasionally fulfilling the role of Project Manager. Qualifications Required: - BE/BTech or another equivalent technical field. - Minimum of 8 years of overall experience. Communication skills are essential, including: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to communicate technical concepts to a non-technical audience. - Customer-focused and comfortable interacting with customers, including executives. Account Management skills needed: - 1-3 years" experience as a Technical Account Manager, Business Analyst, or equivalent. - Organized with proven work/task management skills. - Ability to meet deadlines consistently. - Capable of remaining calm under high-pressure situations. Technical skills required: - Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. - Proficiency in a fast-paced environment. - Analytical and able to understand abstract concepts. - Connecting business and technical requirements to deliver solutions effectively. Your responsibilities as a Technical Account Manager include: Account Management: - Representing the customer's product in end customer meetings. - Providing guidance and feedback on business process automation, best practices, design options, and more. - Translating customer needs into detailed requirements. - Offering suggestions to expand product usage for added value. - Analyzing customer needs and proposing improvements. - Conducting training sessions and managing support requests. Application Development: - Following an agile methodology for designing and configuring applications. - Learning and adhering to the product SQA process. - Designing, building, testing, and deploying reports and key performance indicators. Technical tasks include: - Incident troubleshooting and resolution. - Collaborating closely with internal teams. - Implementing improvements to customer applications.
