As a Customer Technical Support Representative, your role will involve resolving technical issues, providing product-related assistance, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Your responsibilities will include: - Responding to customer queries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner. - Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to software/hardware/products. - Guiding users through step-by-step solutions and providing technical documentation or resources. - Escalating unresolved issues to higher-level support teams when necessary. - Documenting support interactions and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system. - Assisting in product testing and providing feedback to the development team for improvements. - Ensuring customer satisfaction by maintaining a helpful and solution-oriented approach. To qualify for this role, you should have: - A Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience). - Strong problem-solving and communication skills. - Basic understanding of computer systems, networking, or relevant technical areas. - Ability to remain calm and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment. - Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends if required.
