Role Overview: As a Tech Support in our team, your primary responsibility is to provide technical assistance and support to merchants facing issues with our products or services. Your goal is to resolve problems efficiently, ensuring merchant satisfaction and enhancing their overall experience. Key Responsibilities: - Troubleshooting: Analyzing and diagnosing technical issues reported by merchants to identify root causes and provide appropriate solutions. - Customer Assistance: Communicating with merchants through various channels to understand concerns, gather information, and offer step-by-step instructions to resolve issues. - Issue Resolution: Using technical knowledge to promptly resolve merchant issues, which may involve remote system access or coordination with other technical teams. - Documentation: Maintaining accurate records of merchant interactions and issue resolutions to create knowledge bases and training materials. - Collaboration: Working with cross-functional teams to escalate complex issues, provide feedback, and contribute to product improvement. - Continuous Learning: Staying updated on latest technologies and industry trends to enhance troubleshooting skills and provide effective support. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree - 1 year of experience in technical support - Proficiency in Hindi and English Please Note: Full-time, permanent position with benefits including health insurance, internet reimbursement, paid sick time, and provident fund.
