You will also perform functional testing to troubleshoot issues, conduct bug analysis, and report fixes as needed. Possession of Linux certification is highly beneficial. Freshers should note that a 2-year bond is applicable to this position. Your daily tasks will involve monitoring jobs, handling client calls through emails/calls, providing remote support when required, and ensuring timely mail responses and call closures. You should be proficient in troubleshooting issues, software installation, deployment, and implementation.
