Job Description

As part of the team at this company, you will play a crucial role in providing support to customers using the UnifyApps platform. Your responsibilities will include: - Being the first point of contact for customers, addressing queries, resolving bugs, and ensuring smooth utilization of the platform. - Troubleshooting technical issues by analyzing logs, replicating scenarios, and debugging in real time. - Collaborating with engineering, product, and QA teams to solve complex problems and propose product enhancements. - Proactively preventing ticket escalations by delivering high-quality and timely resolutions, and educating users when in-depth explanations are required. - Contributing to internal knowledge base, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides to aid in support scalability. - Taking ownership of your product area, staying informed about new features, and becoming a subject matter expert for users. In addition to the above responsibilities, you will also be involved in: - Monitoring platform health through command centre dashboards to identify and address potential issues before they impact customers. - Serving as the initial responder for production incidents, coordinating resolution efforts across teams and documenting root causes for continuous improvement. - Triaging and responding to system alerts, optimizing alert configurations, and maintaining escalation procedures for swift issue resolution. To be considered for this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - 0-1 years of experience in technical support, debugging, or enterprise software. - Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex problems. - Hands-on experience or knowledge of tools such as Kafka, StarRocks, Graylog, API Browsers, Curl, and query analyzers. - Knowledge of databases like MongoDB or MySQL would be advantageous. - A self-starter mindset, a strong team player, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment. The compensation details for this position are as follows: - CTC of up to INR 8 Lacs per annum (Fixed). - Additional INR 5 Lacs of Medical Insurance cover (Premium borne by the company). - Complimentary Breakfast, Lunch, and Evening Snacks.
