The position of Associate-Tech Ops based in Nashik requires the following skills and responsibilities: You should have knowledge of SQL OR Linux Server, troubleshooting, coordinating, and resolving issues & tickets. It is essential to have a sharp understanding of commanding parts like TOP, Load Avg, SCREEN, GREP, and CRON JOBS, etc. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing EOD/BOD processes and providing support for settlement queries in Linux. As an Associate-Tech Ops, you will offer support for technical issues and queries, demonstrating good analytical and problem-solving skills. Understanding the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and having a solid grasp of Incident Lifecycle processes are crucial for this role. You will also perform functional testing to troubleshoot issues, conduct bug analysis, and report fixes as needed. Possession of Linux certification is highly beneficial. Freshers should note that a 2-year bond is applicable to this position. Your daily tasks will involve monitoring jobs, handling client calls through emails/calls, providing remote support when required, and ensuring timely mail responses and call closures. You should be proficient in troubleshooting issues, software installation, deployment, and implementation. Good communication skills are essential, and you should be comfortable working in rotational shifts (24*7). Knowledge of the Share Market/Capital Market will be considered an added advantage for this role.,
