Job Title: Tech Support Analyst. Location: JP Nagar, Bengaluru. Roles & Responsibilities:  Provide technical support to the teams using the software.  Provide expert level technical support for ZOHO CRM platform and collaborate with users to understand their business processes and recommend CRM best practices.  Working together with cross-functional teams, such as sales, Presales & post Sales, to enhance the general process and employee experience.  Knowledge on Roles, Profiles, Permissions and user management, case management.  Good knowledge on reports and Dashboard creation in CRM.  Manage and troubleshoot data integrations between various systems, ensuring smooth flow of information.  Provide technical assistance for AI driven applications and tools, addressing user queries and ensuring optimal performance.  Proactively opportunities for process improvement in CRM usage, data management and integration workflows.  Perform quality checks on data, configurations, and integrations to ensure accuracy and reliability. Key Requirements:  Zoho CRM Tool  Zoho Automation  Zoho Integration  Whatsapp Campaign Analysis Skills:  Excellent Communication, Interpersonal and Presentation Skills  3-4 years of experience in CRM software (Preferably with Zoho).  Well versed with Integration, Automation & Advance Excel for data analysis, reporting and visualizing.  Good knowledge in the field of A.I.  Proficient in the Application Programming Interfaces.
