Job Description

Responsibilities - Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment process. Understand client requirements and business needs within the oil and gas sector. Unleash your networking prowess to scout hidden talent gems through innovative sourcing methods. Manage candidate relationships throughout the recruitment lifecycle, providing updates and feedback. Champion the candidate experience by orchestrating seamless and memorable interview processes that leave candidates anticipating their next steps. Develop and maintain a strong network of professionals in the oil and gas industry. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment. Provide regular reports on recruitment activity and progress to senior management Requirements - Proven experience of at least 6 months as an Engineering Recruiter. Only Graduates from BE/BTech background (Mechanical, automobile, aerospace/aeronautical, civil, production, instrumentation, Electrical/ electronics) Strong communication & interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS &ATS systems will be a plus. Desire to work in a team with a results driven approach.
