Key Responsibilities

• Lead tech hiring

  : Source, screen, interview, and onboard top tech talent.

• Develop hiring strategies

  : Identify and attract skilled software engineers.

• University relations

  : Build partnerships for hiring fresh graduates and interns.

• HR operations

  : Support policies, compliance, and employee engagement.

• Stakeholder communication

  : Work closely with leadership to align hiring with business goals.

• Negotiation & Offer Management

  : Handle compensation discussions effectively.

Requirements

• MBA in HR or a related field.

• 3+ years of HR experience in mid-size tech companies

  , with a strong focus on hiring software engineers.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Strong presentation skills, with proficiency in creating PowerPoint presentations and advanced Excel reports.
• Experience using

  Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

  and recruitment platforms.
• Ability to work independently and manage hiring pipelines efficiently.
• Based in Pune or Hyderabad with the flexibility to work remote.
