Job Summary

Job Summary We are seeking a UC Technical lead to provide advanced operational support and administration of Cisco Unified Communications infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have in depth knowledge of CUCM, Unity Connection, voice gateways, and associated VoIP technologies and VOSS monitoring tool. This role includes resolving escalated issues, implementing changes, and supporting voice related projects and upgrades. Key Responsibilities Operational support for Cisco IPT systems (CUCM, Unity Connection, IM&P) and VOSS tool Troubleshoot and resolve complex voice issues related to call drops, quality issues, SIP trunking, registration failures, and call routing. Administer and manage dial plans, partitions, CSS, route patterns, translation patterns, and hunt groups. Support and maintain Cisco Voice Gateways (CUBE, MGCP, PRI, FXO/FXS). Handle MACD activities with minimal supervision, including bulk provisioning. Analyze call detail records (CDRs) and SIP debug/traces for troubleshooting. Collaborate with network and application teams for integrations with CRM, recording systems, Webex, and Teams.
