Tech Lead

We are looking for a Tech Lead with 6 years of experience in Telecom and CRM, Oracle, SQL. The role is based on a Hybrid work mode with Data Modelling as a mandatory skill. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of developers and managing the technical aspects of a project. This includes working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement technical solutions, as well as providing technical guidance and support to team members. The Tech Lead will also be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex applications and systems, as well as ensuring the highest level of quality and performance. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Telecom and CRM, Oracle, SQL, and be able to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
