Tech Lead

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SalesforceSupport Tech Lead with 68 years of experience in Salesforce development andsupport. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL, along with strong debugging andtroubleshooting skills across Salesforce workflows, triggers, and automationtools. This role requires a proactive problem solver who can manageintegrations, ensure system reliability, and collaborate effectively withbusiness and compliance teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support Salesforce development activitiesusing Apex, LWC, and SOQL.

Diagnose andresolve UI issues leveraging HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Troubleshoot andoptimize Workflows, Triggers, Flows, and Power Automate processes.

Manage dataimports, exports, and integrations to maintain system accuracy and efficiency.

Collaborate withstakeholders to identify system enhancements and ensure smooth changemanagement.

Apply ITIL bestpractices to incident, problem, and release management processes.

Maintain detailed documentation for configurations, processes, and technical resolutions.

RequiredSkills:

Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce (Apex, LWC, SOQL).

Expertise in UIdebugging using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Proficiency introubleshooting and maintaining automation tools (Flows, Power Automate, Workflows, Triggers).

Solid understanding of data handling and systemintegration.

PreferredSkills:

Working knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs.

Familiarity withSalesforce DevOps tools.

Experience with analytics/reporting tools such asPower BI or Tableau.
