Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Tech Lead with 3 to 8 years of experience to lead our team in delivering high-quality projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and excellent leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Guide team members on technical aspects and conduct reviews of technical documents and artifacts.
Lead project development, production support, and maintenance activities.
Create functional and technical specification documents.
Track open tickets and incidents, allocate them to resources, and ensure timely closure.
Ensure analysts adhere to SLAs, KPIs, and OLAs.
Promote teamwork, motivate, mentor, and develop subordinates.
Provide application production support as per process/RACI (Responsible, Accountable, Consulted and Informed) Matrix.
Review functional and technical specification documents and serve as the single point of contact for the team to project stakeholders.
Lead and ensure project compliance with Software Quality Processes and timelines.
Continuously think of ways to improve processes faster, better, or more economically.

Job Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in a related field.
Strong technical skills and knowledge of software quality processes.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Experience in creating functional and technical specification documents.
Familiarity with tracking open tickets and incidents, allocating them to resources, and ensuring timely closure.
Understanding of RACI (Responsible, Accountable, Consulted and Informed) Matrix.
