Role Summary:

The Tech Lead (Software/Solutions/Product Engineering) Is Expected To Be A Technical Expert With High Proficiency In Software Programming, Banking Technology And Domain Knowledge, For Various Solutions/Products, With Experience In SDLC/ADLC Processes, Having Consistent Zeal For Continual Improvements, And Demonstrable Expertise In People Management.

Skills Needed:

Core Java, Apache Tomcat, Spring Boot/Struts, Hibernate/JPA, JSP/ Servlets, Restful Webservices, Multithreading, Deployment, SDLC, Agile Methodologies. Strong Communication Skills, Including Problem Solving, Analytics, Negotiation, Presentation, Influence Skills And Inter-Personal Skills; And A Zeal To Work In A Start-Up Environment

Special Requirements:

Apart From Technical/Functional Skills, We Need To Review From The Perspective Of Presence, Demeanor, And Zeal For Continual Improvements, To Be Able To Lead The Team, To Next Level Of Competence, And Manage Stakeholders Effectively. Payments/Fintech Experience Of Atleast 6 Years Is Mandatory (Knowledge Of NPCI Products Like UPI, IMPS, BBPS, AEPS, Etc)
