Description We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Retail Banking Business Analyst for our organization. As a Retail Banking Business Analyst, you will play a key role in developing strategies and refining business practices to ensure we continue to provide exceptional service to our customers. The ideal candidate will have experience in banking operations, data analysis, and a strong understanding of customer behavior. Responsibilities Work closely with the retail banking team to identify areas for improvement and recommend strategies to optimize business operations and customer service Analyze large data sets to provide insights and recommendations on customer behavior, product usage, and other key performance metrics Develop and update performance metrics dashboards to monitor key performance indicators and identify trends Participate in the design and development of new retail banking products and services Perform Journey and Process mapping exercises to Analyze existing banking services and identify inefficiencies, errors and gaps Collaborate with other analysts to understand and analyze customer feedback and make recommendations for improving customer satisfaction Conduct workshops and prepare Product backlog , write user stories , review test cases , build product roadmap Research industry trends and best practices to continuously improve business practices and operations Prepare and present reports to senior management on findings and recommendations Requirements Masters degree in business administration, finance, or related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Analyst role Experience of working in Agile product development programs Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner In-depth knowledge of retail banking products and services Ability to work independently and within a team environment Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Strong project management skills with an ability to set and meet deadlines
