Job Summary Job Title: Technical Team Lead Location: TechM Mumbai Chandivali Years of Experience: 7 10 Years Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Team Lead with a strong background in Virtualization technologies. The ideal candidate will lead a team of technical professionals, driving project success through effective leadership, technical expertise, and innovative problem solving. This role requires a deep understanding of virtualization concepts and technologies, as well as the ability to mentor and guide team members in their technical development. Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of technical professionals, ensuring high quality deliverables and adherence to project timelines. Design, implement, and optimize virtualization solutions to meet business needs. Collaborate with cross functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Conduct regular team meetings to review project progress, address challenges, and celebrate successes. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies related to virtualization and recommend improvements. Ensure compliance with best practices and standards in virtualization and related technologies. Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members. Mandatory Skills Strong expertise in virtualization technologies such as VMware, Hyper V, or KVM. Proven experience in leading technical teams and managing complex projects. In depth knowledge of cloud computing concepts and services. Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Preferred Skills Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes. Familiarity with automation tools and scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python). Knowledge of networking concepts and security best practices in a virtualized environment. Experience with performance tuning and capacity planning in virtualized infrastructures. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 7 10 years of relevant experience in IT, with a focus on virtualization technologies. Proven track record of successful project management and team leadership. Relevant certifications in virtualization (e.g., VMware Certified Professional, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator) are a plus.
