As we continue to scale our operations in Sofia, we're looking for a Tech Lead to join our fast-paced, collaborative environment and drive technical excellence across our teams. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping our product architecture, improving system quality, and mentoring a high-performing development team.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with product and development teams to identify and mitigate risks such as technical debt, system downtime, and security concerns.
Ensure consistent tracking and reporting of project deliveries and non-functional requirements (NFRs).
Adapt Agile/XP practices to the needs of the project and lead design reviews to uphold system quality.
Mentor and guide team members, set clear performance expectations, and foster their career development.

Key Qualifications

Strong expertise in TypeScript, JavaScript, Angular, .NET Core, and C#.
Hands-on experience with microservices, event-driven architectures, and architectural best practices.
Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and effective testing strategies.
Proven track record of leading Agile teams, managing timelines, and aligning technical delivery with business goals.
