Experience Required: 4+ YearsLocation: [Insert Location]Department: Salesforce Practice / AMSEmployment Type: Full-timeAbout the Role:We are looking for a Tech Lead – AMS with strong hands-on expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Data Cloud within the Salesforce ecosystem. The ideal candidate will lead AMS delivery, ensure high-quality technical solutions, and provide continuous improvements and support for existing Salesforce implementations.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage Salesforce AMS projects, ensuring smooth operations, incident resolution, and enhancements.Work closely with clients to gather requirements, analyze issues, and propose scalable technical solutions.Design, configure, and customize Salesforce components across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Data Cloud.Monitor system performance, handle integration support, and ensure platform optimization.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, admins, and business analysts for successful project delivery.Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior team members.Participate in change management and release activities following best practices.Maintain documentation and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.Required Skills & Experience:4+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and support.Strong functional and technical understanding of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Data Cloud.Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, Triggers, SOQL, and API Integrations.Experience with AMS support models (incident, problem, and change management).Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps, CI/CD tools, and release management processes.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and client management skills.Salesforce certifications (Admin, Platform Developer, or specific Cloud certifications) preferred.Good to Have:Exposure to other Salesforce Clouds or third-party integrations.Experience with ServiceNow or ticketing systems for AMS operations.Knowledge of agile methodologies and ITIL processes.Education:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.Salesforce certifications are an added advantage.
