Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Tech Lead with 4 to 7 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in ITIL V4 Service Now PL/SQL and Unix. This role involves working in a hybrid model with rotational shifts. The Tech Lead will play a crucial role in driving technical excellence and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT services.

Responsibilities

Lead the technical team in implementing and maintaining ITIL V4 processes to ensure efficient service management.
Oversee the configuration and customization of Service Now to meet business requirements.
Provide expertise in PL/SQL to develop and optimize database queries and procedures.
Manage Unix systems ensuring their stability security and performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in IT service management.
Develop and maintain technical documentation for systems and processes.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
Monitor and analyze system performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Provide technical support and guidance to team members and stakeholders.
Participate in the development and implementation of disaster recovery plans.
Ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests in line with SLAs.

Qualifications

Possess a strong understanding of ITIL V4 processes and their application in a business environment.
Demonstrate expertise in configuring and customizing Service Now to meet organizational needs.
Have in-depth knowledge of PL/SQL for database development and optimization.
Show proficiency in managing Unix systems including troubleshooting and performance tuning.
Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
