Tech lead

You will have the opportunity to work with one of India's leading fintech unicorn companies and be eligible for Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOPs). - Drive discussions to create and improve the product, process, and technology - Build abstractions and contracts with separation of concerns for a larger scope - Rapid prototyping - Develop robust and scalable web-based applications - Perform high-level design with guidance, including functional modeling and module breakdown - Focus on platforms and reuse, with open-source contribution as a plus - Implement incremental changes to architecture with impact analysis - Conduct performance tuning and improvements in large-scale distributed systems - Mentor and foster team spirit among young minds - 3+ years of experience in coding and problem-solving for large-scale projects - Expertise in Java programming with strong OOPS skills - Solid foundation in computer science, including data structures, algorithms, and software design - Ability to solve complex problems effectively - BE/BTech, MTech in Computer Science or related technical discipline - Excellent coding skills with the ability to translate designs into code fluently - Proficiency in writing unit and integration tests with good coverage, TDD experience is a plus - Experience in building highly scalable business applications, handling complex business flows and large data - Familiarity with multi-threading and concurrency programming - Willingness to learn new skills and technologies on the go,
