What You’ll Do
- Lead & Mentor: Guide 30+ frontend & backend devs, set goals, and grow talent.
- Be Hands-On: Write clean, efficient code when required, review PRs, and troubleshoot tough problems.
- Help Architect Solutions: Define scalable, maintainable system designs and ensure everything is documented.
- Bridge Tech & Business: Translate client needs into reliable, high-quality solutions.
- Use AI & Modern Tools: Leverage AI-assisted dev tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, automation) to boost productivity.
- Own Processes: Drive agile (Scrum/Kanban), ensure CI/CD pipelines, testing, and smooth delivery.
Must-Have Tech Skills
- Backend: Node.js, PHP, or Java (strong command in at least one).
- Frontend: React.js / Angular / Vue (should understand modern frontend frameworks).
- Databases: SQL (MySQL/Postgres) + NoSQL (MongoDB/Firestore).
- APIs: REST & GraphQL, integrations with third-party systems.
- Server-Side Tech: Kubernetes, Docker, scaling & load balancing, firewalls (enough knowledge to help architect solutions).
- Cloud: AWS, Azure, or GCP (deployments, infra basics).
- Architecture: System design, microservices, scalability patterns.
- Security Best Practices: Secure coding, OWASP standards, data protection.
- DevOps & Tools: Git, CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions/Jenkins).
Bonus Skills (Good To Have)
- Experience in software services / multi-client projects.
- Exposure to hardware-software integrations.
- Vendor management (outsourced mobile/native app projects).
- Strong hiring + interviewing skills.

- 2+ years leading teams (10–30 engineers).
