Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to perform independently and become an SME. Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. Identify areas for process improvement and propose innovative solutions. Assist in the development and execution of project plans. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation. Good To Have Skills:Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices. Experience in configuring and customizing SAP SuccessFactors Compensation modules. Knowledge of integration between SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and other HR modules. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SAP SuccessFactors Compensation. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation. This position is based at our Mumbai office.
