Role: Tech Delivery Manager Location: Hybrid Summary: The Delivery Manager is responsible for the overall delivery of digital / technical projects, from conception to completion. This includes managing the project team, ensuring that the project meets the client's requirements, and staying on budget and on schedule. The Delivery Manager must have a strong understanding of project management principles and be able to effectively manage and motivate a team. The Delivery Manager must have a deep understanding of what is happening across all the accounts, including team capabilities, career growth planning, deep knowledge of processes and delivery team solutions. Responsible for structuring Digital / Technology department for successful day to day running. This role is required to have deep understanding of all things digital and delivery process, Gantt charts, budgets, timings, team structures. This is a leadership position that requires a keen understanding of the digital landscape and a proven ability to deliver outstanding results. Responsibilities: Review project brief / proposal and respond to the proposal with time/ cost estimates and delivery and team structure plan. Manage the project team and ensure that all tasks are completed on time and within budget. Work with the client to understand their requirements and ensure that the project meets their needs. Prepare cost and effort estimate. Develop and implement a project plan and track progress against the plan. Identify and mitigate risks to the project. Communicate with the client and project team regularly to keep them updated on the project's progress. Resolve any issues that arise during the project. Deliver the project on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction. Represent the Tech Services COE to the client and build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. Develop and implement project management processes and procedures. Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Keep projects on track, on time, and within budget. Uphold the quality and standards of our digital deliverables, making certain they meet our clients' expectations and industry best practices. Create and maintain clear and accessible documentation that captures our architectural approach, enhancing transparency and collaboration. Manage and mentor junior project managers. Stay up-to-date on the latest project management trends and technologies. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in project management, business administration, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the digital agency industry. Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to manage and motivate a team. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Proven track record of delivering successful projects.
