Role: Tech Delivery Manager Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra About the role: The Tech Delivery Manager is responsible for the overall delivery of digital/technical projects, from conception to completion. This includes managing the project team, ensuring that the project meets the client's requirements, and staying on budget and on schedule. The Tech Delivery Manager must have a strong understanding of project management principles and be able to effectively manage and motivate a team. This leadership position requires a keen understanding of the digital landscape and a proven ability to deliver outstanding results. What you will be doing: - Review project brief/proposal and respond with time/cost estimates and delivery and team structure plan. - Manage the project team to ensure tasks are completed on time and within budget. - Work with the client to understand their requirements and ensure the project meets their needs. - Prepare cost and effort estimates, develop and implement a project plan, and track progress. - Identify and mitigate project risks, communicate regularly with the client and project team. - Resolve project issues, deliver on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction. - Represent the Tech Services COE to the client and build relationships with key stakeholders. - Develop and implement project management processes and procedures, mentor junior project managers. What you need to be great in this role: - Bachelor's degree in project management, business administration, or related field. - 8+ years of project management experience, preferably in the digital agency industry. - Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and analytical skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team, manage and motivate a team. - Proven track record of delivering successful projects.
