Role Description

This is a full-time onsite role for a Tech Co-Founder located in Jaipur. The Tech Co-Founder will be responsible for leading the technical vision of the company, developing and maintaining the Slip Buddy platform, and ensuring seamless integration with healthcare systems. Daily tasks include overseeing software development, managing the technical team, collaborating with healthcare providers to implement solutions, and ensuring data security and privacy compliance. As a co-founder, you will also be instrumental in strategic planning and decision-making.

• Experience in leading and managing technical teams
• Strong understanding of healthcare IT systems and integrations

• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Experience in startup environments is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
