Based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, Slip Buddy integrates with existing hospital systems to ensure secure data handling and operational efficiency, enhancing patient satisfaction and helping healthcare providers deliver high-quality care. Role Description This is a full-time onsite role for a Tech Co-Founder located in Jaipur. The Tech Co-Founder will be responsible for leading the technical vision of the company, developing and maintaining the Slip Buddy platform, and ensuring seamless integration with healthcare systems. Daily tasks include overseeing software development, managing the technical team, collaborating with healthcare providers to implement solutions, and ensuring data security and privacy compliance. As a co-founder, you will also be instrumental in strategic planning and decision-making. Qualifications Proficiency in software development technologies and programming languages Experience in leading and managing technical teams Strong understanding of healthcare IT systems and integrations Knowledge of data security and privacy regulations Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills Strong communication and collaboration abilities Experience in startup environments is a plus Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
