Role Overview: You will be the visionary Tech Co-Founder at Go Extra Mile, responsible for owning the technology strategy, architecture, and execution. This hands-on leadership role offers the opportunity to build and scale a high-growth mobility-tech platform from scratch. Key Responsibilities: - Define and execute the entire technology roadmap. - Architect scalable systems to accommodate millions of users. - Lead and manage a high-performing engineering team. - Oversee backend, mobile, web, DevOps, and security aspects. - Drive product execution aligned with business goals. - Conduct in-depth research on emerging tech and mobility trends. - Collaborate closely on strategy, growth, and long-term planning. - Represent the company in tech, investor, and ecosystem discussions. Qualifications: - Strong background in designing and scaling mobile & web platforms. - Expertise in backend systems, cloud infrastructure, APIs, and security. - Proficient in analytical and structured problem-solving. - Excellent communication and leadership skills. - Previous experience in product engineering or tech leadership roles. - Entrepreneurial mindset with a readiness to invest personally. - Experience in mobility, consumer apps, or rewards-tech is a bonus. - Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technology, or related field.
