About the Opportunity

Tech Co-Founders

We're building a decentralised digital health ecosystem where local pharmacies become care hubsconnecting patients to doctors, diagnostics, and medicines in a unified, assisted system.

Roles Available

two

1. Web Co-Founder (Full Stack)

Stack: Next.js, Tailwind CSS, Firebase/Supabase

Scope: Pharmacy and doctor portals, backend infrastructure, dashboards, etc.

2. App Co-Founder (Android/Hybrid)

Stack: Kotlin/Java or Flutter/React Native

Scope: Doctor interface and patient-side functionality, API integrations, push notifications

Key Responsibilities

• Co-lead product development, architecture, and feature design
• Build and iterate on MVP over 68 weeks for field pilot
• Collaborate with founder, advisors, and stakeholders for user feedback
• Participate in technical decision-making, scaling strategies, and deployment
• Contribute to overall vision, team culture, and roadmap development

Who Should Apply

We are looking for individuals who are:

• Skilled in full-stack web or mobile development
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, uncertain early-stage environments
• Open to full-time remote commitment (initial phase), and relocation post-MVP
• Interested in solving real-world healthcare challenges through technology
• Entrepreneurial in mindset, hands-on in execution, and adaptive in learning

Preferred Background

• 15 years of experience in tech development or product building
• Prior startup, freelance, or side-project experience is a plus
• Proficiency in relevant tech stacks (web or mobile)
• Ability to work independently and in collaboration with non-tech teams
