In last one year, we've built meaningful traction in the northern startup ecosystem with our founder-first approach to content, events, and growth support. We’re now evolving into a product-first company at the intersection of AI and Sales Tech , focused on underserved B2B markets. Our mission is clear: to make outbound sales simpler, smarter, and scalable for startups and MSMEs. We’ve validated the model through paying clients and are now transitioning from a high-touch service into a scalable SaaS product. The foundation is laid & now we’re looking for a Tech Co-Founder to own the product and build the platform from the ground up. What We’re Looking For We’re searching for a product-minded, full-stack developer (or technical architect) who: Wants to build something from 0 to 1 with high ownership Has strong experience in modern stacks (Node.js/Python + React) Is curious about AI tools, LLMs, and sales workflow automation Can architect scalable SaaS products with great UX Is willing to experiment, move fast, and work lean Your Responsibilities Build and iterate on the MVP (CRM/workflow-like backend + AI integrations) Choose and implement the right tech stack and architecture Integrate third-party tools/APIs as needed (email, CRM, scraping, etc.) Co-lead product decisions, sprints, and roadmap Build out the early engineering team as we scale Ensure security, performance, and scalability What You’ll Get Co-founder equity and long-term leadership stake Freedom to build your dream product with paying users already onboard Fast feedback loop with real clients using the MVP Access to early traction, domain knowledge, and investor network Bonus If You Have Experience working on AI/ML products. You should be curious about AI tools, LLMs, and sales workflow automation, and have a track record of architecting scalable SaaS products. A willingness to experiment, move fast, and work lean is essential for success in this position. In return for your contributions, you will receive co-founder equity and a long-term leadership stake in the company. You will also benefit from a fast feedback loop with real clients using the MVP, as well as access to early traction, domain knowledge, and an investor network.
