Tech Co-Founder

As a Tech Co-Founder / Early Engineer at Nova, you will play a crucial role in leading the development of Novas early product. Your primary responsibility will be to architect and build the initial versions of the dating app, leveraging your strong backend or full-stack development experience. You will work closely with the founding team to iterate quickly based on real user feedback and contribute to the overall product strategy. Your expertise in modern backend frameworks, APIs, databases, and cloud infrastructure will be essential in building scalable, production-grade web and mobile applications. Key Responsibilities: - Architect and build the initial versions of Novas dating app - Iterate quickly based on user feedback - Collaborate with the founding team on product strategy - Utilize expertise in backend frameworks, APIs, databases, and cloud infrastructure - Potentially contribute to mobile app development - Bring AI/ML experience, particularly in NLP or behavioral analytics - Work effectively in a startup environment across code, product, and strategy Qualifications Required: - Minimum 7 years of strong backend or full-stack development experience - Proven track record in building scalable web and mobile applications - Familiarity with modern backend frameworks, APIs, databases, and cloud infrastructure - Experience in mobile app development is a plus - AI/ML experience, especially in NLP or behavioral analytics, is desirable - Ideal candidates are current or former employees of Microsoft, Google, or similar product-driven companies Join Nova to be part of a founder-led early team that is shaping the product right from the inception.
