Role Description The Mobile Application Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the Go Extra Mile mobile app. This includes collaborating with cross-functional teams to create user-centric features, troubleshooting and debugging to optimize app performance, integrating APIs, and ensuring seamless updates. The role requires adhering to best practices in coding and ensuring the app’s functionality meets high-quality standards. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Hyderabad, allowing for a mix of on-site and remote work. Qualifications Proficiency in mobile application development languages and tools, such as Flutter Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX design principles and experience implementing adaptive designs Knowledge of API integration, Firebase database management, and cloud services Experience with debugging, testing, and app performance optimisation Familiarity with app deployment processes for both Android and iOS platforms Ability to collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers effectively Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Experience with mobility platforms or reward-based applications is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
