🔹 Define and execute the entire technology roadmap
🔹 Architect scalable systems for millions of users
🔹 Build and lead a high-performing engineering team
🔹 Oversee backend, mobile, web, DevOps, and security
🔹 Drive product execution in alignment with business goals
🔹 Conduct deep research on emerging tech and mobility trends
🔹 Collaborate closely on strategy, growth, and long-term planning
🔹 Represent the company in tech, investor, and ecosystem conversations
As a true co-founder, you will:
✔ Receive equity (Discussed based on contribution & investment)
✔ Contribute a mutually agreed seed-level investment
✔ Participate in long-term wealth creation as the company scales
✔ Play a central role in high-impact financial and strategic decisions
✔ Strong experience designing and scaling mobile & web platforms
✔ Expertise in backend systems, cloud infra, APIs, and security
✔ Strong analytical and structured problem-solving capabilities
✔ Excellent communication and leadership skills
✔ Prior experience in product engineering or tech leadership
✔ Entrepreneurial mindset with willingness to invest personally
✔ Experience in mobility, consumer apps, or rewards-tech is a plus
✔ Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technology, or similar
