Job Purpose/ Summary

We are seeking an experienced Power BI Developer with 3+ years of hands-on experience in building and managing advanced BI solutions. The candidate should have a deep understanding of data visualization, report/dashboard creation & proficiency in Power BI as well as strong analytical skills to interpret complex datasets and provide insights to support business decision-making.

Team Member – Power BI WELAs a Power BI Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of data analysts and developers to deliver high-quality data analytics solutions to our clients. You will be the primary point of contact for all Power BI related projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time and within budget. You will also be responsible for managing the overall project delivery, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and coordinating with other teams.

Principal Accountabilities

Lead and manage a team of data analysts and developers, providing guidance and support as needed.Oversee the design, development, and implementation of Power BI data analytics solutions.Collaborate with other teams to ensure that data analytics solutions are integrated with other IT applications.Manage the overall project delivery, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and coordinating with other teams.Ensure that all projects are delivered on time and within budget.Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk logs.Track and report on project progress, including milestones, risks, and issues.Provide technical expertise in Power BI, data analytics, and other related technologies.Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging team members to innovate and adopt best practices.Demonstrate strong business and commercial acumen, understanding the needs of the business and aligning data analytics solutions accordingly.Promote a global mindset, encouraging team members to consider the global impact of their work.
