Team Manager

We are seeking an experienced and goal-oriented Team Manager to lead and oversee operations in the fire safety industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of sales, marketing, and technical staff, ensuring successful execution of projects, and driving business growth across the Newtown, Kolkata region. --- Key Responsibilities: Lead and supervise a cross-functional team including sales executives, marketing personnel, technicians, and coordinators. Set clear goals, monitor performance, and ensure timely achievement of targets and project deadlines. Plan and oversee the execution of fire safety projects, including installation, servicing, and AMC for fire extinguishers, hydrants, alarm systems, etc. Ensure compliance with fire safety norms, industry regulations, and client specifications. Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors, and internal departments for smooth operations. Review and approve quotations, proposals, and project reports. Conduct regular team meetings, performance evaluations, and training sessions. Identify business opportunities and contribute to strategic planning and business development. Maintain records of projects, client feedback, and operational efficiency. Resolve team conflicts, escalate issues, and ensure high levels of team motivation and discipline. --- Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (fire or safety certification preferred). 3–5 years of experience in team management, preferably in the fire safety or construction industry. Strong leadership, decision-making, and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities in English, Hindi, and Bengali. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), CRM, and reporting tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
