Road, Bangalore, we continue to expand our presence nationwide and are now inviting applications for a Female Team Leader to operate and manage our Gaya Remote Office.

Position: Female Team Leader (Gaya Remote Office)

Key Responsibilities

Administrative & Coordination:

• Act as a bridge between the Chairman and the Bangalore team for daily updates, reporting, and follow-ups.
• Manage all administrative operations of the remote office.
• Handle new recruitments, onboarding, and staff coordination.

Team Leadership:

• Supervise and guide a team of CRM and administrative staff.
• Ensure smooth workflow, effective communication, and team discipline.
• Monitor daily performance and maintain operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in office management or team leadership roles.
• Prior experience in administration, coordination, or managerial positions preferred.

Skills & Attributes

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
• Proactive, disciplined, detail-oriented, and capable of working under pressure.
• Professional demeanor with a strong work ethic and leadership mindset.
• Willingness to work extended hours when necessary.
