Job Description

Conduct daily reviews of account progress and team output.
Experience in regular performance reviews with TLs and team members across locations to maintain volumes and TAT.
Capability to lead detailed account or transaction-level review sessions prior to scheduled client/US team calls, especially for critical end-to-end client accounts
Proficiency in
reporting and metrics analysis
to track team performance and client KPIs.
Strong understanding of
payer guidelines, compliance, and HIPAA regulations.
Ability to
mentor and develop team leads and members
for performance improvement.
