Marudhar Arts is a leading auction house specializing in rare and antique collectibles, including coins, stamps. we are looking for a dedicated FEMALE Senior Accountant . *Job Title:* Accountant *Salary:* As per market standards *Job Description:* We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day banking tasks, managing client payment follow-ups, maintaining comprehensive tax records, and ensuring accuracy in financial reporting. This role requires excellent communication skills and proficiency in Tally. *Key Responsibilities:* - *Daily Banking Tasks:* Manage daily banking operations, including deposits, withdrawals, and reconciliation. - *Payment Follow-Ups:* Proactively follow up with clients to ensure timely payment of invoices and maintain positive client relationships. - *Tax Management:* Oversee the filing and maintenance of all types of taxes related to labor, GST, TDS, PT, and other statutory requirements. - *Financial Reporting:* Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports, including MIS (Management Information System) reports, ensuring compliance with accounting standards. - *Software Proficiency:* Utilize Tally for accounting tasks, ensuring all financial transactions are recorded accurately. *Qualifications:* - B.Com and other Finance related qualification - Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi and Kannada both verbal and written. - Proficiency in Tally is a must. - Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, PT, and other tax regulations. - Experience with MIS reporting is highly preferred. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. *Preferred Qualifications:* - Prior experience in banking operations and financial services. - Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
