Job Description: Accounts Assistant (Male/Female)

Location

Qualifications

B.Com
or
M.Com
in Accounting or related field

Experience

1 to 3 years in accounting or finance roles

Key Skills

Proficiency in
Tally
for accounting and bookkeeping
Knowledge of
GST filing
and compliance
Ability to prepare and analyze
financial reports
Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
Proficiency in
Microsoft Excel
Attention to detail and good organizational skills

Responsibilities

Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper bookkeeping using Tally.
Prepare and file GST returns in compliance with government regulations.
Assist in preparing financial statements, reports, and reconciliations.
Handle accounts payable and receivable processes.
Support monthly and yearly closing activities.
Monitor and ensure compliance with tax laws and financial regulations.
Coordinate with auditors and provide necessary documentation during audits.

Additional Details

This role is office-based, requiring coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders as needed.
