Team Manager

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Team Manager / Operations Manager to lead day-to-day operations, optimize team performance, and ensure our business processes run smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and has a passion for leadership and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and develop a team to achieve performance targets and KPIs
• Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth workflows and process adherence
• Identify and implement process improvements for operational efficiency
• Coordinate with cross-functional departments to support business objectives
• Resolve issues and ensure high levels of team performance and satisfaction

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a team leadership or operations management role (mini. 1 year preferred)
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in using [tools/software, e.g., Microsoft Office, Asana, Slack, CRMs]
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field (preferred)
