Sales Representative

Position Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting sales goals, and building relationships with new and existing clients. As a Sales Representative, you will be key in driving the company's success by increasing revenue and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation and Prospecting:
• Identify and qualify new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
• Conduct market research to identify potential customers and industries for expansion.
• Sales Presentations and Negotiations:
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales effectively, ensuring mutual satisfaction for both the company and the client.
• Customer Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
• Address client concerns and provide timely, effective solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Sales Reporting and Analysis:
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and progress in CRM systems.
• Report on sales targets, achievements, and challenges to management regularly.
• Collaboration:
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product development, etc.) to ensure alignment with customer needs.
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and product knowledge workshops.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with clients.
• Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Previous experience in [industry relevant to your business].

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Night shift
• US shift
• Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
