Job Summary:

Benda Infotech is seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Leader with a strong background in International Staffing (US recruitment) to lead and manage a team of recruiters. The ideal candidate should possess 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in US staffing, excellent leadership capabilities, and the ability to drive performance in a fast-paced night shift environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of US IT/Non-IT Recruiters to meet daily/weekly/monthly targets.
• Oversee the entire recruitment life cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Ensure quality submittals and timely delivery of candidates to meet client requirements.
• Train, mentor, and guide team members to improve performance and efficiency.
• Monitor and analyze team performance, provide regular feedback, and implement improvement plans as needed.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment processes and company policies.
• Work closely with account managers and delivery leads to prioritize requisitions and allocate resources accordingly.
• Generate reports on team performance and pipeline activity for management.

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in US Staffing/International Recruitment.
• Proven experience managing and mentoring a team of recruiters.
• Deep understanding of the US recruitment process, visa classifications (W2, C2C, H1B, GC, etc.), and tax terms.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, etc.), and LinkedIn sourcing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead by example in a night shift environment.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to handle pressure.

Shift Timing:

US Night Shift: 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM IST (Monday to Friday)

Location:

Newtown, Kolkata – Work from office
